With over 11 years in Toastmasters International – picking up awards for Area Governor of the Year and Division Governor of the Year on the way, she’s seen how Toastmasters offers us the opportunities to develop and practice these skills in a safe environment.

This special interactive workshop will focus on the key aspects of planning, taking action and reviewing progress. You will find out:

·       How to develop a plan to deliver your project.

·       A simple tip that will give you the edge to deliver results under pressure.

·       How to review and refine your project as you go.

Hilary Briggs DTM
brings over 25 years of business experience in highly results-oriented sectors such as the auto industry, where she was Logistics Director for Rover Large Cars and Managing Director of The Laird Group plc‘s German-based Car Body Sealing Division with over 4,000 employees worldwide, and as a Management Consultant helping smaller companies to achieve profitable growth. She is currently Public Relations Officer for Toastmasters International in the UK and Ireland.
