Delivering results in 100 days-Hilary Briggs Workshop

Deliver Results in 100 days!-Hilary Briggs.

·         Have you ever busted a gut on some project – but failed to get the outcome – and recognition - you wanted?
·         Are you simply fed up spending time with people who talk grand schemes but never take action?
·         Or are you under pressure at work – perhaps with those dreaded rumours of restructuring - and you’re worried about your job?

Whatever your situation, whilst some will extol the virtues of hard work and effort, it can easily be wasted unless it’s directed to deliver tangible results.

Hilary has identified the 7 critical skills required to deliver results from her experience in small, large and voluntary organisations. With over 11 years in Toastmasters International – picking up awards for Area Governor of the Year and Division Governor of the Year on the way, she’s seen how Toastmasters offers us the opportunities to develop and practice these skills in a safe environment.

This special interactive workshop will focus on the key aspects of planning, taking action and reviewing progress. You will find out:
·       How to develop a plan to deliver your project.
·       A simple tip that will give you the edge to deliver results under pressure.
·       How to review and refine your project as you go.

Whether you want to achieve more in your everyday life, your career or in your personal development, by the end of this workshop, you’ll have specific actions in place that will help push your skills forward and ensure you can deliver more – with less effort.

What other participants have said about this workshop:

“Any workshop that moves me towards goals is great and I think that your approach is focused, clear and achievable.” Steve Higson, Edinburgh

“Most practical workshop. I’ve always found planning a huge challenge. I now feel invigorated and excited – heartfelt thanks!” Simenel Moore, Dublin

“Hilary's workshop and the coaching support that followed it have kept me on track to achieve my Distinguished Toastmaster award in 2012. The workshop was excellent, but what really made the difference were the frequent reminders of what I had set out to achieve.” Graham Frost, Peterborough

Hilary Briggs DTM
brings over 25 years of business experience in highly results-oriented sectors such as the auto industry, where she was Logistics Director for Rover Large Cars and Managing Director of The Laird Group plc‘s German-based Car Body Sealing Division with over 4,000 employees worldwide, and as a Management Consultant helping smaller companies to achieve profitable growth. She is currently Public Relations Officer for Toastmasters International in the UK and Ireland.
