Results of the Area 36 finals of the Humorous Speech and Table Topics Contests held in McCoy's, Newcastle West, 12th October were as follows:
Humorous Speech Contest: 1st Anthony Garvey (Tralee).
Table Topics Contest: 1st Marian Harnett (West Limerick).
Best of luck to both contestants in Ballincollig on the 23rd October.
